Host/Hostess

Do you always receive your friends at the door with a big smile? We've got the job for you! The host(sse) greets customers at the door with a smile and leads them back to their table or to the bar. You can perform a variety of tasks to make the customer experience more enjoyable and ensure they come back. We may require your services at the counter to take out.

Responsibilities

Take reservations, greet customers, present the menu, make suggestions, and answer questions about the menu and beverages; Applies the rules of hygiene and health and safety; Performs all or part of the function or duties related to the maintenance of the restaurant and equipment; Ensures that the workstation is always kept clean; Organizes his/her workstation efficiently; Use sales techniques; Maintains dining room menus; Executes all other tasks requested by the manager; Greets the customers, presents the menu; Provides exceptional customer service

Requirements

Good interpersonal skills; at ease in contacts; team spirit; sense of collaboration; ability to adapt to a situation; good communication in French; good listening skills; dynamic; honest; success-oriented; ability to work well during rush hour
