HOSTESS – KUWAIT |

We are hiring Hostesses for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner

- Manage guest seating arrangements according to restaurant procedures

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Handle reservations, table bookings, and guest inquiries

- Maintain an updated seating plan and coordinate table availability

- Coordinate with waiters, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

- Monitor guest flow and manage waiting lists during busy periods

- Assist in handling guest requests and concerns professionally

- Ensure guests receive a positive first impression of the restaurant

- Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and body language at all times

- Support the restaurant team during peak service hours

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/hostess area

- Follow company SOPs and service standards

- Assist the management team with other front-of-house responsibilities when required

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, Receptionist, or similar hospitality role; Experience in reputed, premium, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurants preferred; Excellent English communication skills; Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer-service skills; Professional grooming and presentable appearance; Good knowledge of guest handling and seating procedures; Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods; Good coordination and teamwork skills; Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays; Minimum height: 5'4"; Age 21–30 years preferred; up to 35+ for experienced candidates; Young, energetic, confident, and willing to learn; Gulf experience preferred; Female candidates preferred for this position; Salary & Benefits; Salary: KWD 200/month; Meal Allowance: KWD 25/month; Total Package: KWD 225/month; Company Accommodation Provided; Transportation Provided; Job Location: Kuwait
