Requirements

Research hotels, resorts, and accommodations based on client needs and preferences; Compare room categories, property amenities, locations, and available options; Assist clients with hotel and resort reservation requests; Coordinate booking details and organize reservation confirmations; Research destination information and nearby activities when requested; Help clients understand important reservation details and travel deadlines; Communicate booking updates and changes in a professional manner; Assist with modifications to existing reservations when needed; Maintain accurate client and booking information; Utilize online booking platforms and travel supplier resources; Provide support throughout the hotel research and reservation process; Strong communication and customer service skills; Excellent organization and attention to detail; Comfortable researching information and comparing options online; Basic computer and internet proficiency; Ability to manage responsibilities independently; Willingness to learn reservation platforms and travel resources; Professional and dependable communication; Interest in hotels, resorts, hospitality, vacations, or travel planning; No Previous Travel Experience Required Previous hotel reservation or travel industry experience is not required.
