Responsibilities

Do you love to assist guest and colleagues with housekeeping requests?; Do you have sufficient communication skills and are not afraid of talking to guests?; Handling guest requests and internal housekeeping requests,; Refilling housekeeping storerooms and pantries,; Responsible for the distribution of linen,; When necessary, stripping rooms (gather bedlinen and towels from rooms),; When necessary, assisting in cleaning public areas and back of house spaces,; Helping guests, and of course always with a smile!

Requirements

You have sufficient English language skills to understand and follow instructions in English.; You have a ‘hands-on’ mentality and flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays,; Able to work with a housekeeping app through which you receive housekeeping requests.; The role involves physically demanding tasks, including restocking the pantries with linen. Good physical fitness is therefore required.
