Housekeeping Public Area Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Area Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of all public areas within the hotel while ensuring exceptional luxury service standards. The Public Area Supervisor is responsible for supervising public area associates, maintaining high cleanliness standards, coordinating daily operational requirements, and ensuring compliance with Forbes, LQA, and Brand standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all Rosewood brand standards have been implemented; Collaborate with other associates focusing on hotel success and guest satisfaction; Respond to all guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner; Handle guest concerns and comments to ensure guest satisfaction; Ensure immaculate presentation of allocated areas through thorough inspections; Complete public area inspection reports; Manage inventory of public area decorations and items; Ensure accurate staffing levels are scheduled in advance; Develop team spirit among the housekeeping department; Attend departmental meetings and training sessions; Report malfunctions in public areas to Engineering; Report security matters and suspicious people or items to Security; Ensure lost and found items are turned into Housekeeping
