In-home Traveler Physician (Full-time) - Virginia State and Surrounding Markets

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking a Full-time Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in the comfort of their own homes and helping bridge gaps in care. In this role, you'll be primarily traveling - up to 100% of the time - across a defined coverage area, as defined by business needs. This may require overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights, depending on the prescribed coverage area. Holding multiple state licenses will be required, as dictated by business needs.

Responsibilities

Provide In-Home Health Evaluations, engaging with people in their homes and helping bridge gaps in care; Bring your heart into every visit; Be part of efforts to visit millions of people nationwide to provide connections to the right care; Work with Signify Health as a clinician colleague; Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, up to 100% of the time; Conduct virtual visits as needed; Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, etc.)

Requirements

MD or DO; Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s); Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required; Able to cover all counties within Virginia and flex to other areas (states) of business need; Primary residency in the state of Virginia; Able to comfortably and safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
