The purpose of this position is to oversee customer order and trade goods planning in order to meet customer demand by removing bottlenecks and managing escalations, with a focus on delivering at the right time and in the right quantity to customers .

Requirements

Bachelors degree in engineering; MBA in supply chain; 10-15 Years Experience in core Operation (Logistic,Purchasing,Manufacturing) of which minimum 4 -6 years in supply chain; Leadership experience for min 4-5 years for leading direct peoples; Advanced knowledge in SAP-SD & MM Module and sales processes.; Competent knowledge in IT tools Viz. DPPCON, knowledge in SP4HANA & Kinexis will be added advantage; Competent knowledge with market dynamics and risk management; Proficient in knowledge Lean Concepts / Lean Management deployment; Competent skills in S&OP Process; Competent skills in sales planning processes (VPZ), KPI's; Competent in analytical and statistical skills; Competent in negotiate, communication and leadership skills
