Infusion Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Join IVX Health as a Nurse Practitioner! FT Nurse Practitioner | Day Shift | Wednesday - Saturday. IVX Health is seeking an NP to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you'll be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to our patients. With your expertise in infusion therapy, you'll oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care with on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections; Conduct patient assessments, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses; Educate and support patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management; Ensure compliance and quality by maintaining accurate records in EHR and upholding HIPAA and OSHA standards; Optimize clinical workflows with chart preparation and treatment planning; Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams; Support operations and training, including inventory management and prior authorizations; Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed; Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license if required by state; Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required; BLS certification required; Ability to treat both adults and pediatrics; Strong IV and infusion therapy skills; Proficiency in clinical documentation with EHR systems; Understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance; Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have

PALS certification preferred; Clinical experience in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting; Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred
