Instruments Supervisor

Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit an Instruments Specialist to join our team at our Pallini premises. As an Instruments Specialist, you will be responsible for laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Follow Company's Quality Policy and complies with current operational standards and legislative requirements; Work in accordance with the requirements of the written Policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Technical Directives and Protocols of the company's Quality System; Follow the rules of hygiene and control of health status; Draft deviation reports and suggests process optimization ways; Carry out literate search in regards to the analytical results’ deviations; Be responsible for laboratory equipment maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting

Requirements

Minimum an BSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant field; 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical product analysis; Experience in a GMP or GLP environment; Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking); Competent in laboratory instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, dissolution); Strong problem solving skills; GMP/GLP and biopharmaceuticals experience preferred
