Responsibilities

Processing various accounts payable transactions; Reviewing and coding incoming invoices in SAP VIM; Support with processing the invoice inboxes; Processing and reconciling open items; Close collaboration with internal departments to ensure a smooth invoice approval process; Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders via our email system Zendesk; Supporting projects focused on process optimization within accounting

Requirements

Enrolled student or degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field; Confident use of MS Office; Independent, proactive working style and very good communication skills; Good command of English

Nice to have

Initial experience in accounting; Knowledge of SAP
