Intern- Accounting Finance

Responsibilities

Support with invoice approvals in Coupa.; Payment requests and validation of completed payments.; Assistance and support for internal users and vendors regarding questions about the Accounts Payable (AP) process.; Payment confirmations.; Reports for the Tax team (reports are downloaded from the system and reconciled against bank information).

Requirements

Current student of Accounting (1 year to graduate); Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of tasks.; Assertive and effective communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders.; Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to optimize and simplify processes.; Excel skills.; Advanced English proficiency
