Job purpose

We are looking for an intern to join our Banking Department. As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will mainly support the Banking department on its duties. With a well-established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast-growing international Bank.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist Banking department in the daily tasks.; Support the system operation voucher review.; Support the department in the preparation of the reporting to the head office and the translation of official documents.; Support the relationship managers to elaborate some marketing activities with a target of mid-high-end personal customers.; Assist in the updates and maintains of accurate personal and corporate files and summary of relevant business data.; Assist in the preparation of Client file management.; Assist in handling other tasks assigned by the Head of Department

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or Business-Related Studies; Fluency in English and Chinese are mandatory. French is considered as an advantage.; Strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills.; Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus.; Excellent in Excel, Word and PPT etc.; Team spirit and good communication skill.; Focus on quality, drive for results and work effectively under pressure and with changes.; Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated and with work ethic.
