Intern, Robotics & Embodied-AI research engineer

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As a Intern, Robotics & Embodied-AI research engineer you will support the operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.

Responsibilities

Develop and test vision-guided robotic pick-and-place workflows; Integrate industrial cameras and robot systems for object detection and pose estimation; Support robot programming, calibration, and motion optimization; Assist in debugging, data collection, and system validation; Collaborate with engineers on automation and AI-based vision solutions; Explore SOTA Embodied-AI (such as VLA, Word Model) and apply it in real industrial applications

Requirements

Able to work full time for a period of 6 months; Undergraduate/graduate studies in robotics from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Computer Science or other related fields; Experience with ROS/ROS2 platform and Computer Vision; Advanced knowledge in Python, C++, machine learning; Independent learning and self-motivated
