Internal Posting-1st Cutout Operator

In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to: load, run, and unload the machinery that removes material from doors that have been pressed and filled.

Responsibilities

Set door from stack to roller table while feeding door into machine; Clean door of debris and place on skids; Acknowledge safety when using utility knives, changing bits, etc.; Quality checks; Know how to make LP’s and move material in E21; Closes out each work order when completed; Machine set-up; Scrap slugs put on skid; Product knowledge; Trained to drive forklift; Unwrap and prep doors before cutout; Package doors to stretch wrapper; Other duties as assigned
