Riviera Dining Group is seeking international Chefs de Partie to join our luxury culinary teams in Florida through our 12-month J-1 Trainee Program. This is an opportunity for qualified international culinary professionals to gain hands-on experience in high-end, high-volume restaurants alongside accomplished chefs, including Michelin-starred culinary leaders.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in high-end, high-volume restaurants alongside accomplished chefs

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role; Strong culinary skills and high-volume kitchen experience; Basic English communication skills; Passionate, disciplined, and team-oriented; Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice to have

Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience
