Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT/OT operations, ideally within a large multinational or manufacturing environment; Proven track record troubleshooting computer, server, and network systems, with a solid foundational grasp of networking (LAN/WAN) and hardware technology; Expertise in modern collaboration tools (specifically Google Workspace) alongside a foundational understanding of Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity standards; Hands-on understanding of ITIL best practices to optimize incident resolution, prevent recurring issues, and improve operational workflows; Ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders across all organizational levels; Education: High School diploma required; Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification or training is highly valued; Comfortable working in an active plant/manufacturing environment, including occasionally lifting heavy equipment; Available to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation; Open to occasional travel (less than 10%) to other Avery Dennison sites

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Technology is strongly preferred; ITIL Foundation certification or training is highly valued; Automation-first mindset using tools like ServiceNow or RPA
