IT Service Delivery Manager Identity and Access Management & Digital Workplace

In order to support our diverse team, Airbus Aerostructures (ASA) is looking for an IT Solution Architect for Identity and Access Management (d/f/m). You will join our international and dedicated team to provide Digital Workplace (DW) solutions to around 19.000 customers.

Responsibilities

Manage and steer external suppliers across both Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Digital Workplace (DW) domains; Define, monitor, and enforce critical Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational stability; Take ownership of end-to-end Contract Management including lifecycle tracking, cost optimization for software and external operational support; Act as primary escalation authority for severe service degradations, mitigating operational risks associated with legacy systems; Conduct rigorous service review meetings, holding vendors accountable for performance and driving continuous service improvement initiatives; Work closely with IAM and DW Architects to ensure supplier roadmaps and deliverables align with local operational needs and strategic goals

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, IT Management, (Business) Informatics or comparable qualification with proven experience in IT Service & Vendor Management; Strong track record in ITIL-based service delivery, contract negotiation, and supplier steering within a highly complex, multi-vendor corporate environment; Solid fundamental understanding of both Digital Workplace ecosystems (cloud productivity, OS lifecycles) and IAM frameworks (IDM provisioning, access governance); Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex IT service data into actionable performance metrics and management reports; Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills; Fluent in Romanian and English
