Responsibilities

Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude; Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with; Following the brand’s guidelines and quality standards on every interaction; Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems; Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

Fluent in Italian; good English; Strong communication and active listening skills; A problem-solving, can-do mindset; Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools; Availability to work in shifts; EU passport or Greek work permit (special cases reviewed by legal); High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum B2 English
