J1- Management Trainee - (Assistant Food & Beverage Manager )

We are seeking a motivated Management Trainee to join our Food & Beverage team in an immersive 18-month training program designed to develop future hospitality leaders. This hands-on opportunity provides experience in restaurant operations, guest service, leadership, and financial management within a hotel environment.

Responsibilities

Participate in an immersive 18-month training program designed to develop future hospitality leaders; Gain experience in restaurant operations, guest service, leadership, and financial management within a hotel environment; Learn to manage daily operations and maintain quality standards; Analyze and develop quality standards using a continuous improvement approach; Analyze team performance, set performance goals, and conduct performance reviews; Monitor labor and product costs, manage inventory, and prepare financial reports; Manage In Room Dining/Room Service operations and supervise staff; Train, coach, and counsel staff; Ensure staff are trained and meet service standards.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills; Professional, organized, and eager to learn; Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays; Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds and push, pull, and move equipment, supplies, etc., more than 75 pounds.
