Java Developer

You will be responsible for creating and deploying cloud-native and containerized Java applications using modern cloud technologies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure the delivery of scalable, high-performing solutions across cloud-native and cloud-agnostic environments. Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native and containerized applications using Java and modern cloud technologies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance applications leveraging cloud native and cloud agnostic services.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Java and cloud technologies; Implement microservices architecture and develop RESTful APIs; Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and ensure continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD); Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD automation and deployment workflows; Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud platforms; Apply security best practices to protect applications and data; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, reliability, and security; Work closely with architects, product managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions; Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and maintainability

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Secret Clearance; Must have clearance to start; 5 - 8 years of experience

Nice to have

Experience working with enterprise-scale applications on AWS; Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation; Background in DevSecOps environments; Strong skills in performance tuning and optimization; Previous consulting experience
