JR Product Manager - NPI Coordinator

As a Junior Product Manager - Commercial Goods, you are responsible for new product development by addressing portfolio gaps and opportunities, utilizing UX and time to market stage gate process, as well as growth, maintenance and life-cycle management of assigned products.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic management of the commercial goods product portfolio in Mexico; Drive growth through market intelligence; Develop business cases and financial justifications for product introductions and lifecycle decisions; Ensure data and technical accuracy; Collaborate cross-functionally with global and regional teams; Support marketing and branding initiatives; Lead issue resolution; Act as a subject matter expert and team collaborator

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related business field; 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the automotive aftermarket; Knowledge of standard MS software (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint); Proficient oral and written communication in English

Nice to have

Practical / hands-on experience with and interest in automotive technology; SAP knowledge; MS Project and PowerBI; Initiative and determination; Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset; High Level of Social Competence - Team player, ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams; Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally (10%)
