Junior IT Networker

We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Networking Professional to join our team and support day-to-day technology operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for setting up computers, managing basic network configurations, supporting Microsoft-based systems, and resolving a range of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers for new and existing users; Troubleshoot internet connectivity and application-related issues; Provide first-level support for Windows-based systems and Microsoft applications; Maintain and update IT documentation as needed; Assist in the maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points; Install and update software, apply patches, and perform routine system maintenance; Support users via in-person, phone, or remote assistance

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in an IT support or networking role (or equivalent education); Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office 365; Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, etc.); Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity issues; Excellent communication and organizational skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team; Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Nice to have

CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification; Bachelor's degree in computer science
