L2 Senior Surgical Video Annotator

Resolve complex/ambiguous labeling work, stabilize quality, and support adjudication and training.

Responsibilities

Handle low-confidence, complex, and high-risk tasks routed by the system; Refine temporal boundaries and event timing, correct difficult tool/anatomy cases; Provide second-pass review on sampled work units, mentor L1 annotators; Identify recurring disagreement patterns, propose guideline clarifications/examples; Support adjudication by preparing evidence (frames/clips) and recommended resolution options

Requirements

3–6+ years in video annotation with demonstrated high accuracy; Strong understanding of temporal labeling, boundary consistency, and error patterns; Experience coaching teams and running calibration
