Responsibilities

Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage; Provide hands-on ADL support when needed; Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards; Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP); Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly; Support onboarding and mentor new team members; Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED, age 18+; CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications; Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills; Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
