Lead Commissioning Engineer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful security company who specialise in Security / Access Control Systems to some of the UK's largest Utility companies across the UK, to join as an ambitious Lead Commission Engineer and help to develop the business during an exciting phase of growth. This is a field based, UK wide role, so it is imperative that you are happy to travel /work away from home.

Requirements

17th / 18th Edition Certification; Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card; National Grid Person - Substation; National Grid Competent Person - Substation; EUSR Safety Health and Environmental Awareness - Gas; Safe Control of Operations 1 & 2 (SCO 1 & 2) - Gas; Safe Control of Operations 91 (SCO 91) - Gas; Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW); Good communication skills in both verbal and the use of written English language; Computer literate in basic IT skills; Good observational skills especially for Health, Safety and Quality issues; Ability to recognise, manage and shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities; Focused on all safety, environmental and quality issues on the construction site; Ability to interface professionally with all levels of personnel; Focused on achieving the desired aims and objectives in a safe manner; Professional in approach and manner at all times; Flexible during periods of change; Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, clients and other departments; Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; Happy to travel / work away from home (field based, UK wide role)
