This is an excellent opportunity for a driven scientist with a strong background in cell biology, molecular biology, and protein biochemistry to contribute to innovative research programmes and support the development of novel therapeutic solutions.

Responsibilities

Creating antibody production cell lines using mammalian expression technologies; contributing to the development of innovative methods to enhance expression platforms; Utilize mammalian expression technologies to generate regulatory-compliant stable cell lines; Perform aseptic cell culture handling, transfection of cell lines, and flow cytometry assays; Operate liquid handler platforms (e.g., Hamilton) to analyze stable cell lines; Conduct molecular biology and protein biochemistry techniques, including PCR, RT-PCR, plasmid sub-cloning, and genomic DNA/RNA isolation from CHO cells; Perform SDS-PAGE and western blotting for protein analysis; Independently design, conduct, and analyze multicolor flow-cytometry experiments.

Requirements

Background in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology; Hands-on experience in cell culture, flow cytometry, antibody staining, and molecular biology techniques such as PCR and cloning; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
