League Coordinator

Responsibilities

Maintain communication with league officers to facilitate and maximize league participation each season.; Publish, maintain, and distribute accurate schedules and flyers in a timely manner.; Maintain accurate and compete league financial records; Organize, distribute, and track league awards.; Schedule and attend meetings as the house representative.; Organize and oversee League Bowler Club Tournaments.; Assist Shift Manager in normal office duties.; Fill in at Front Bowling Desk when needed.; Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Extensive Bowling experience and knowledge. A working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel; Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
