Legal Engineering Operations Associate

The Legal Engineering Operations Associate is the data and operations backbone of the LE org. You'll build the reporting, run the trackers, and support the strategic operations projects that keep the function moving. This is a high-trust role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership fast. You report to the Global LE Operations Lead and work closely with the Head of Legal Engineering (North America). This role is preferably based in New York.

Responsibilities

Own the numbers behind the LE function; build and maintain reporting tracking Pilot Win Rate, Time-to-Value, Usage Rate; turn messy inputs into clean dashboards; help build tools that make LE faster; automate manual work from performance review workflows to pilot and rollout trackers; support high-impact initiatives across the LE org; run the weekly LE update and prep the monthly performance review cycle; support LE program development around pilots and rollouts; coordinate the LE hiring pipeline and run onboarding logistics

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in strategy consulting, or business operations, ideally in high-growth tech or professional services; Strong data skills: pull, clean, structure, and present numbers clearly, fluent in spreadsheets; Excellent organizational instincts and clear, concise communication skills; A bias toward action and a passion for process improvement; Comfort with spreadsheets and Claude
