You will perform a full menu of therapeutic massage and body treatments, serve as a trusted wellness advisor, and contribute to a culture where excellence is the standard.

Responsibilities

Deliver customized Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, prenatal, and specialty massage services using Woodhouse-approved protocols; Conduct thorough intake consultations and adapt every service to the individual guest's needs; Recommend and retail wellness products; Proactively rebook guests at the conclusion of every service; Enter complete SOAP notes and guest records following every appointment; Offer service upgrades and enhancements with every appointment; Attend all team meetings, trainings, and continuing education sessions; Maintain treatment room sanitation, readiness, and equipment inspection standards

Requirements

Current and valid state massage therapy license; Minimum 500 hours of accredited massage therapy education; Experience in Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty modalities; Strong guest communication, consultation, and retail recommendation skills; Professional, reliable, and committed to consistent attendance; Ability to perform services during extended shifts, including evenings and weekends
