Requirements

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state; Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility; Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes; Previous P&L responsibility required; Customer Focus; Develop Talent; Drives Vision & Purpose; Ensures Accountability; Communicates Effectively; Provides Strategic Results
