Line Cook - High Rollers

We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us at High Rollers! High Rollers is where guests bring the family or round up the crew. You’ll help us pull off incredible celebrations and party packages, perfect for large groups and events. And if you’re working late night, you’ll be at the heart of one of Banff’s best parties featuring live local DJs. Help us let the good times roll.

Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met; Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service; Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization; Assist with training new team members as required

Requirements

Strong work ethic and great communication skills; Thrive in a fast-paced environment; Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Legally eligible to work in Canada

Nice to have

Fast food or previous culinary experience
