Liquidity Risk - BA/ Analyst

Responsibilities

Review all LIQ Risk reports from functional and detail validation perspectives and recommend automated solutions to minimize operational risk and time; Review requirements from business users on data validations, reconciliations and data elements for all Liquidity reports; Support the Liquidity Risk Requirements Lead in planning and tracking progress of the Requirements work stream; Support wider Finance data initiatives, including resolution of upstream data initiatives, investigation and prioritization of data issues, and liaising with IT/Design teams on data sourcing changes; Work with upstream IT to resolve Global Data Quality issues and create a Requirements Operating Model; Provide worldwide sites with effective communication of analytics on requirements; Work closely with diverse Business and IT teams to ensure outstanding requirement issues and sourcing are discussed and solutions rolled out; Facilitate issue resolution to keep each work stream on schedule; Perform Requirement Gap analysis and raise requirements for upcoming projects to relevant teams; Present requirements in various forums and follow the requirements governance process; Support teams and activities across multiple global regions; Aid other change delivery functions such as Design and testing to deliver the targeted model; Work with dynamic plans in a fast-moving environment, adjusting course and maintaining alignment with other programme work streams; Continually reassess operational risks associated with the role and the business

Requirements

7+ years of experience
