Litigation Partner

We’re acting for a London-based firm, famous for their work in privacy, international law, and commercial disputes. They’re renowned for handling high profile cases with a political, geopolitical or diplomatic angle, where sensitivity and discretion is required. With a client base made up of high profile individuals, businesses, and sovereign states, the firm is recognised for robustly defending their clients’ reputations in the media and the Courts. An opportunity has developed at the firm for an additional Litigation Partner. You might have a book of business centred around libel, privacy, or reputation management, or it might be a broader and more generalist commercial litigation practice. In either case, you’ll have a strong background and reputation yourself, as well as a common sense, down-to-earth approach, commerciality, and the ability to deal with clients and colleagues in a relaxed and confident manner. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Partner to join a firm with a name and reputation which belies its size. The firm punches well above its weight, and would welcome conversations from Partners looking to move from a larger competitor.

Requirements

Book of business centred around libel, privacy, or reputation management, or broader generalist commercial litigation practice; Strong background and reputation; Common sense, down-to-earth approach; Commerciality; Ability to deal with clients and colleagues in a relaxed and confident manner; Partner Level PQE
