Locum Band 6 Physiotherapist – Stroke Therapy

Hunter Gatherer AHP are recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dedicated Stroke Therapy team within a busy NHS service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist with a strong background across a variety of core clinical areas to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality rehabilitation to patients recovering from stroke.

Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with stroke-related neurological conditions; Develop and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes; Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and discharge planning; Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development where appropriate.

Requirements

HCPC registered Physiotherapist; Minimum of 2 years' postgraduate experience; Experience across a range of core clinical areas, including: Neurology; Elderly Care; Medicine; Surgery; Orthopaedics; Community; Mental Health; Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
