Locum GP Pharmacy Technician – Hybrid Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Locum GP Pharmacy Technician to join a supportive GP Surgery in West London on an ongoing contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician with strong Primary Care experience looking for flexibility and a hybrid working setup.

Responsibilities

Medication reviews and reconciliation; Processing repeat prescriptions; Supporting the clinical pharmacist and wider MDT; Managing prescription queries; Ensuring accurate patient records on SystmOne

Requirements

Previous experience working within a GP Surgery / Primary Care setting; Confident using SystmOne; Strong medication management and prescription processing experience; Excellent communication and organisational skills; Must have own laptop & remote working set-up
