London Market Pricing Manager

Our client is looking to hire a Pricing Manager to join their business. In this role, you will lead pricing and performance analysis across Delegated Authority business, including binders and line-slips, while also contributing to broader London Market portfolios. You will act as a trusted partner to underwriting teams, providing robust challenge, insight, and guidance on complex pricing decisions, while building strong relationships with brokers and MGA partners. Alongside core pricing responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation, lead pricing projects, and enhance analytics capabilities through the use of advanced tooling, machine learning, and AI. This position also offers leadership responsibility, including managing and developing analysts and contributing to the continued growth and capability of the team.

Requirements

Strong general insurance background; extensive London Market or Lloyd's pricing experience; experience across complex risks or Delegated Authority business; technically strong; commercially minded; confident in influencing stakeholders; experience mentoring others; interest in data, tooling, and advanced analytics

Nice to have

Qualified or nearly qualified actuary; programming experience (such as Python)
