Lounge Bartender - Sauce Italian American Kitchen and Simmer Rooftop Lounge

As our Restaurant Bartender, you will be working with our Restaurant team to ensure that beverages and/or food are served to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner in accordance with our high standards. You will also act as a cashier for the restaurant.

Requirements

Keen eye for detail and respect for the importance of quality guest service in a hotel; Ability to communicate well with guests and willingness to pitch in and help co-workers; Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages; Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register, make change and total guest checks; Organizational and time management skills; Flexibility to work a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
