Responsibilities

Improve maintenance plans thru work planning and control, using TPM techniques such as ACPD, OMM, and WPC.; Deployment and Management of the system standards established by the company.; Assist to Value Stream management in development of planned programs, ensures the compliance and execution of standards as well as ensures controls plant wide.; Provide strong technical support for the value streams and at the same time a guiding hand for process standards.; Active participation in meetings with lead plants; Coaching and knowledge deployment to the VS-engineers (QTD and OMM); May serve as a coach / mentor to others.

Requirements

Engineering background (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic).; Leadership in Maintenance & Reliability; Advanced Asset Management & Reliability Engineering (OMM – ACPD –WPC); Strong Data Analytics & Statistical Control; Projects & Procurement knowledge (Project management); Lean methodologies; Digital proficiency (MS Office & data tool); strong knowledge of indicators & calculation methods ( MTTR, MTBF, OEE, Tech Av. ); knowledge asset management.; Knowledge of failure analysis (RCA, FMEA, criticality analysis, PSS).; Knowledge of predictive analytics tools and condition-based maintenance.
