Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on production and facility equipment; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using root cause analysis and lean tools; Support continuous improvement projects and equipment upgrades; Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and follow change control procedures; Collaborate with teams and coordinate contractor activities, including permits and orders; Work within cleanroom environments, adhering to safety and quality standards; Provide technical training and support to colleagues; cover team roles when needed

Requirements

Recognised qualification in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering; Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or high-tech environment; Proficient in diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions; Knowledge of GMP standards and clean room protocols; Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices; Strong organisational, documentation, and time management skills; Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
