Work Schedule: 12-hour Rotating DuPont Schedule (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)

Starting Pay: Highly competitive rates + $2.00/hour shift differential

Responsibilities

Diagnosis & Repair: Use detailed drawings, schematics, and precision tools to locate and fix mechanical failures in pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.; Electrical Mastery: Install and troubleshoot complex electrical systems, including motors, switchboards, automated controls, and circuit breakers.; PLC Troubleshooting: Utilize PLCs to identify faults in automated lines and implement corrective measures.; Preventive Excellence: Follow strict maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and assist engineers in identifying long-term process improvements.; Safety Leadership: Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant workspace. We prioritize the safety of our team above all else.; Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of relevant manufacturing work.; Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in Electrical systems and PLC troubleshooting/repair.

Nice to have

Associate Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical disciplines, or equivalent.; AutoCAD proficiency.; Advanced PLC root-cause diagnostic skills.; Agility: Ability to work independently and pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.; Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with production teams and explain technical issues clearly.
