The Relais & Châteaux Castel Fragsburg is sat atop a mountain ledge overlooking Merano in South Tyrol, Italy. Enthroned here since 1624, the exclusive 5-star hotel is located beneath its very own medieval castle. Castel Fragsburg offers only 20 unique suites for up to 50 guests from all over the world.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiast, idealist and go-getter for the next season starting from April 2027.; Inside the restaurant she/he is responsible for:; leading, motivating and training the service team; plan and coordinate daily work, supervise accounting management; to supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch / dinner); to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team; to record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details; to support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service; to supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian.; A good knowledge of wines; At least three years of experience in the same role; Communication and management skills, customer orientation and teamwork complete the profile
