Manager, Commerce

WPP Media is an AI-driven media operating unit. We are looking for an ambitious, growth-minded Manager, Commerce to lead strategic commerce growth for major FMCG clients. This is not a traditional eCommerce role. You will own one of the world’s largest FMCG accounts while helping build next-generation commerce across Retail Commerce, Social Commerce, Marketplaces, and Cross-Border Commerce. Beyond day-to-day account leadership, you will pioneer Amazon and international marketplace initiatives, support regional and global workstreams, contribute to new business pitches, and build future-ready commerce capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic commerce accounts and own key FMCG clients; Build annual, quarterly, and campaign-level growth plans; Partner with media, data, content, creative, platform, and client teams; Drive commercial performance across marketplaces and retailer ecosystems; Expand growth across Social Commerce, Affiliate Commerce, CRM & Loyalty Commerce, and Omni-channel Commerce; Identify growth opportunities across the purchase journey; Support cross-border commerce practice including Amazon Global Selling, Amazon Retail Media, and cross-border marketplace opportunities; Participate in pitch development and strategic proposals; Conduct market research and competitive intelligence

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in eCommerce, Retail Media, Digital Commerce Consulting; Commerce strategy and growth planning; Client and stakeholder management; Data storytelling and business recommendation; Campaign execution; Project management and cross-functional coordination

Nice to have

Experience with platforms such as Shopee; Lazada; TikTok Shop; Amazon; Retail Media Networks
