Manufacturing Production Planner

Focuses on production planning and preparing production schedules for manufacturing of products.

Responsibilities

Maintain quality of IFS Basic Data such as: Time fences setting in Master Schedule level1, Manufacturing order cover time, Queue time on work center, Max hours per operation on work center, Safety time for F and SF inventory parts; Create and reschedule shop orders; Create production schedule basing on customers demand defined in Master Schedule; Daily monitoring of execution of shop orders; Factory plan approval together with Production Supervisors; Material reservation to shop orders; Daily monitoring (together with Purchasing) of Negatives On Hand for defined number of days window and adjust created shop orders; Capacity monitoring (for next 4 months) to deliver the information on capacity needs to Production Supervisors; Extra order capacity verification and approval; Production leveling in short term period (defined locally as under Production Planning responsibility)

Requirements

High School or equivalent; Experience in working with the ERP system; Knowledge of MS Excel; Knowledge of the production process

Nice to have

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
