We are seeking a remote based (United States) Marketing Manger to join our team!

Responsibilities

Lead digital sales and marketing campaigns leveraging HubSpot, LinkedIn, Claude, and other tools; Systematically map and target key account prospects and upsell opportunities; Systematically track campaign performance (A/B testing, open/response rates, etc.); Manage website content and optimization of SEO/AEO/GEO; Coordinate logistics and arrange marketing materials for conferences; Coordinate with clients on security reviews and other necessary documentation

Requirements

Worked 2-5 years in B2B marketing with a track record of driving programs from idea to execution – not just supporting them; Driven quantifiable results in outbound communications and SEO/AEO; Worked with a variety of modern marketing tools, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, website tools, and email tools; Built agentic AI into your workflows; Proactivity; Attention to detail; Accountability; Coachability; Tenacity when faced with rejection; Comfort working cross-functionally in a lean, entrepreneurial organization; Self-starter; Go-getter; Hands-on; Outcomes-driven; AI-forward and agent-curious; Operationally sharp; Builder mentality; A good human and a true team player
