Marketing Strategy Associate (Korean Speaker)

The Acquisition Marketing team drives growth by attracting new users and increasing the reach, visibility, and sales of Fever's experiences and brands. The team creates data-driven campaigns across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Spotify, search, and TV, focusing on awareness, engagement, and conversion. The role involves leading the development and execution of strategic campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing campaign performance through data-driven insights, and promoting products and experiences across digital channels. The role is based in Madrid.

Responsibilities

Own the marketing strategy of your experiences; Build compelling marketing strategies for exclusive experiences around the world, both for partners and Fever Original events; Create performance digital marketing campaigns with high visibility leveraging social media channels like Facebook & Instagram, and other platforms such as Google; Work closely with the growth marketing team to analyze performance and identify opportunities; Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Media, CRM, Design, Content Copywriting) to provide strategic directions for campaigns

Requirements

5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Meta ads, and other social paid platforms; Proficient level of English; Fluent Korean; Marketing background; Interest in working in Madrid

Nice to have

Experience of Naver and/or Kakao Ads
