Massage Therapist Full Time

The Massage Therapist is responsible for delivering a refined range of wellness therapies, including personalized body treatments, while ensuring guests experience the highest standards of relaxation and rejuvenation. The Massage Therapist will collaborate with the Spa Director to uphold the spa's elevated service standards and maintain a serene, wellness-driven environment. This role also includes ensuring treatment areas adhere to all state regulations for health and safety.

Responsibilities

Provide bespoke massage and body therapies tailored to individual guest needs; Perform curated treatments from the spa menu; Maintain an immaculate and tranquil treatment environment; Prepare treatment rooms, fold linens, restock supplies, and ensure compliance with state sanitation guidelines; Monitor treatment product levels and inform management when replenishment is required; Stay informed on wellness trends and refine treatment techniques; Provide expert guidance on treatment benefits, aftercare, and retail offerings; Promote spa services, signature rituals, and premium retail products; Support spa team to ensure seamless daily operations; Uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards and state regulations; Exhibit flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Valid Florida State License in massage therapy; Minimum two years’ experience in a wellness-driven, high-end spa or resort; Exceptional communication skills with a passion for delivering bespoke wellness experiences; Ability to support Spa Attendant and Concierge functions as needed.

Nice to have

Additional certifications in skincare or body treatments; Familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide standards and state health and safety regulations.
