Essity offers a master thesis opportunity to assess Agile Design in real development cases and examine how its core dimensions (desirability, feasibility and viability) contribute to value creation in product, service and process development. The thesis includes a review of relevant research, selection of Essity cases, and interviews with project members, stakeholders and decision-makers. The expected outcome is a set of identified patterns, success factors and practical recommendations for future Agile Design initiatives. The work combines on-site collaboration at the Gothenburg office with remote work; regular presence in Gothenburg is required and is not intended to be fully remote. One or two students may apply; if applying as a pair, each student submits one application and states which person they will complete the thesis with. Applications must be submitted online, as applications by email are not accepted due to GDPR.
