Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (HSE preferred); 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role, warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus; Ability to lift and move up to 50–75 lbs. periodically; Proficiency with electric pallet jacks and forklifts; Ability to work in varying environments (including cold); Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and shift priorities quickly; Comfortable with repetitive movements and standing/walking for long periods

Nice to have

Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and RF scanners; Weigh, measure, and inspect raw materials according to work orders; Load, unload, and move crates, boxes, and materials within the plant, yard, or work site; Sort, check, and distribute kits and components to production lines with accuracy; Load/unload trailers between the main site and off-site distribution center; Verify and sign for inbound freight from suppliers, clean and label materials; Use hand tools to open containers and assist operators/inspectors; Operate elevators and other equipment to assist product movement; Follow SOPs, GMPs, OSHA, and safety/security/environment guidelines; Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
