As an International Pricing Manager (IPM), you will apply thoughtful problem-solving, creativity, and strong collaboration skills to solve complex business needs. No prior industry experience is required - we’ll support your learning and development.

Responsibilities

Coordinate impactful pricing and data projects from concept to delivery; Contribute to future strategy across pricing, data, and risk; Share insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders; Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and business leaders across our international operations; Lead work that helps the business make better decisions, manage risk effectively, and create impact across the organisation

Requirements

An MBA from a leading business school; Strong quantitative skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and make evidence-based decisions; Confidence working with numbers, statistics, and analytical problem-solving; A strategic mindset, demonstrated through past experience; Curiosity about how technology, data, AI and machine learning can drive business performance and decision-making

Nice to have

Exposure to analytics, data science, machine learning, AI, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives; A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving; A collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams and regions; Strong communication skills and the ability to influence others; Willingness to learn necessary technical skills from the ground up; Interest in data or emerging technologies (experience is a plus, not required); Fluency in French, Spanish, or Italian; A positive outlook and a sense of humour
