Media Operations Analyst

The Media Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and operational integrity of media investment processes. This position is responsible for managing invoice validation, account reconciliations, billing processes, and financial closures while leveraging data analysis and reporting tools to generate actionable insights. Working closely with media, finance, and cross-functional teams, the analyst monitors campaign investments, develops dashboards, identifies discrepancies, and supports data-driven decision making. By maintaining accurate financial records and delivering meaningful performance insights, this role helps optimize operational workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and ensure effective management of media investments across the business.

Responsibilities

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in media operations, billing, finance, reporting, or data analytics; Excel skills and experience building dashboards and reports using data visualization tools; Knowledge of invoice management, account reconciliations, financial closures, and data validation processes; Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of media investment or advertising operations.
